Hi everyone, Happy New Year! Today we wanted to talk about why this time of year can offer great opportunities to Buy, Sell, or Invest in Real Estate.
The first reason is the weather. Unlike most of the Country, here in L.A., the weather doesn’t hinder the home buying process because we can get to properties all year round.
It’s also an excellent time for Buyers because generally there’s less competition which lowers the chance of multiple offers and makes it less of a fight.
For Sellers, it’s good because they may be competing against fewer listings and in our experience Buyers seem to have a greater sense of urgency to get the deal done.
