We think once this “pause” is over, there will be a lot of opportunity for both buyers and sellers. Even now, sellers are selling and buyers are buying despite the challenges of showings, inspections, etc.
So if you’re considering buying or selling, use this time wisely. If you’re a buyer get pre-approved and work with your agent to narrow your search. If you’re a seller get your home in tip-top condition and co-ordinate an aggressive marketing strategy with your agent!
You also want to make sure you’re working with an agent who understands the legal issues of our current situation. Also make sure they have all the virtual tools necessary to overcome any logistical challenges which will make your process as safe and seamless as possible.
